Started an online chat at 2100 because apparently you can only chat in the middle of the night. Was cut off and could not (to this day still cannot) start another chat. I don't know if they blocked me or what, but there is no phone number, they do not respond to emails so if there is no chat I have no recourse but to call my credit card company and deny payment. Ordered dresses over 4 weeks ago for a trip. I leave today and no dresses yet.
I strongly recommend buying from somewhere else, save yourself the hassle. Also check out the language usage on most of their positive reviews, I think they are having employees write reviews for them.
They couldn’t ship a “hot item” apparently wasn’t in stock. They did not provide a full refund for the item. So I’m out of money and was not able to get my product I purchased.

This was absolutely the best site I ever find. I look at all the measurements and choose the correct size according to the size chart they provided. I also asked the customer service and they reply me very fast. Very good service. It doesn't take much to effort compliment their product.

I have bought a couple for friends for presents, and they have also commented on how nice and soft the scarf is and the lovely color combinations. If you are looking for a scarf as a gift, or as a thank you, then you could not do better than this scarf. I would advise you to order the scarf(s) way early before you need them/it, as they do take a bit longer to get here, but all in all, they are great

I loved it very much. What a super collection on Rosewe. I was confused to found gift for my sister but Rosewe give me super collection of some new dresses. I bought a dress for her from it and surely come again for me. Highly recommended.
